Wherever You Go and Dandelion Wishes!

Good morning everyone!  DANG...I'm freezing this morning!  I can't quite figure  out how I can be boiling most of the time but then...on occasion...I'm like ice!  I want to put gloves on, but that doesn't work well in my workshop!  I have a class tonight and have to finish getting ready for it...guess I'll have to crank the heat...then I'll be boiling again and will have to turn on the air...ohhh...the life of a woman!

Hey...I have another FUN card that I made with the Wherever You Go stamp set! I LOVE dandelions (not in my grass...oh...I don't have grass because my husband doesn't want grass, but I want grass...whoops back to card making)! When I first got this set I saw a dandelion, after blooming and ready for a wish!  I've finally taken the time to create it!

For this card I have a Whisper White base with a 4 1/8" X 5 3/8" Basic Black layer and and a 4" X 5 1/4" piece of Whole Lot of Lovely designer paper.  I cut a 3 1/2" X 3 1/2" piece of Crushed Curry cardstock and used the Wherever You Go stamp set to create the dandelion with White embossing powder and VersaMark.  I then mounted the stamped image onto a 3 3/4" X 3 3/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock and mounted that onto the card base.  The "MAKE A WISH" sentiment is PERFECT and is found in the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set.  I doubled a piece of Linen Thread and tied a bow around the sentiment after hand cutting the banner. Last I glued a flower from the Touches of Nature wooden elements.  Notice that I turned it over so the white side is showing not the wood side.  I LOVE how this card turned out!  I'm thinking I might add this to my class this month! It's super FUN!

Ok...I'm off to prep and clean!  Have a FANTASTIC day and  THANKS BUNCHES for stopping by!
